Power Supply Model PSHD

Our PSHD power supply is a replacement supply for the CMD HD Series hard drives. This supply is also well suited as a heavy duty replacement for the power supplies used with the 1581 and 1541-II disk drives from Commodore. The PSHD is a switching type of power supply and is repairable. No modifications are required to use this supply with a 1581 or 1541-II disk drive. The PSHD comes with a 6 ft. cable on each end (one attaches to the wall  the other to your drive) allowing it to be placed under your desk and out of the way. The PSHD operates from a 117 VAC 60 Hz power source  and delivers 5 VDC @ 4.5 A and 12 VDC @ 1 A (2 A surge). Total wattage is rated at 65 VA.
