What am i doing wrong, Rusty? I can't get the TeleFinder scripts to work. ;-(
I have installed the OSA Menu extension - so I have an ICON in the machine's menubar. On the right, with the process menu, and other system level ICONS, it's available all the time, in whatever application. It, the OSA Menu, is divided into two sections - upper (applying to the Finder, and other "Universal" scripts) and a lower (the frontmost application). I really like this menu. I know it's not intended for "droplet" type scripts.
i have tried to use the "Send Rusty Mail" script - repeatedly. With TeleFinder in the front, and an empty Email open; and not. Other various combinations of "positions" for the Mac also yield nothing.
It's not that the scripts run wrongly - they simply do not run at all. I have been able to employ similar application related scripts for other apps., mostly with success.
I'm just trying to learn writing AppleScripts myself, so i'm not really qualified to throw them in the Script Editor, and determine if the syntax is correct.
What's up, Rusty? What should I do to make the TeleFinder scripts work?
Thank you. ;-)
