Well, try irc.gate.net, irc2.blackened.com, irc.neosoft.com, irc.primenet.com

When you set up the connections preferences, make sure you change your nick from Newbie to something else (like In2Macz), and the user name to something else as well. Then hit the button to change the server and put in one of the servers I've listed above. Don't worry about the port number. You can do this for several different "accounts" all with the same name, and if one of them doesn't work, you can just hit connect for the next one and maybe it will. Just keep trying and eventually one of them will get you on.
