Guys,
I don't know how many of you are completely satisfied with Netscape, or have fallen in with the Explorer crowd, but you might want to take another look at the original: NCSA Mosaic. The new 3.0b3 version includes support for frames, table borders, and a lot of other stuff previous versions have lacked.
Good features:
1. It's pretty fast (about the same as netscape)
2. Supports Open Transport
3. Supports most all of the tags you'll run across on the net
4. It's the original
5. It is being continually expanded and will support the NS plug-in architecture (it may already, I'm not sure, to be honest) and Java in the future
5. It's SMALL (much smaller RAM footprint than Netscape, not to mention that it takes less than an hour to download!)
6. Drum roll..... it's not made by a company that uses unfair business practices to overcome and keep competitors out of the market so they can release extremely buggy software and charge $100 or more a pop for upgrades for bug fixes they shouldn't have released in the first place and/or features NOBODY needs or wants!
7. Oh yeah...it's free.

Bad things:
1. Hey, it's beta software, it hasn't crashed on me yet, but that's what they're famous for.
2. I don't thing the graphics support is as good as Netscape (I don't think it handles animated GIFS well....which is fine by me, cause I HATE 'em, and it doesn't support Progressive JPEGs)
3. Formatting is slightly different between paragraphs. It's kind of annoying at first, but it's not a major problem, by any means.
