I can't imagine why you are connecting at slower rates all of a sudden other than the amount of rain we have had. Noise does go up on the lines. Make sure your external phone box is high and dry and well sealed and your connects are tight. If you haven't ever looked then there are probably dirt dobber nests and lord knows what else. Also is there any construction going on in your area? I finally broke down and called ma bell a few years ago when I was having trouble and they found the problem (a construction sight had gotten into a cable) and fixed it. I use the system daily from external locations and my wifes entire office uses the mail features with no slowdown. But do let me know any time there are problems it may be on my end and I want to always have the best cønnects that I can.
I am pleased with Supra and am always happy when they do a revision. It always improves performance. If you happen to see the upgrade files let me know. I will be watching I usually check every other week or so. I will change one modem and then let everyone have a go at it before changing all of them.
