How to refresh/reload information from Amazon

There are two kinds of refreshing when it comes to reloading an item’s details.

First is the regular reload: Command-R. This will reload any empty fields from Amazon, but will not replace any custom data you’ve added yourself.

Second is the hard reload: Command-Control-R. This will reload ALL data from Amazon, and will remove anything you’ve added yourself. This is necessary if you’re trying to reload details from a different country. For example, if you have items entered that say they’re from Amazon.co.uk (United Kingdom), but you actually want details from Amazon.com (United States). Changing the country code to the country you want, and then pressing Command-Control-R will reload all details from the new country.

Note: You can reload details for multiple items at once by Command-clicking on all of them, then performing either a regular, or hard reload.
