In order to download a message from a news group you must subscribe to that group.
Full Group List
The Full Group List, as shown above, this list is a list of all the groups carried by the news server.
Users Group List
The Lollipop Groups window, shown above is a list of all the news group you are subscribed to, as shown in this example no groups are subscribed to currently.
