All implied warranties concerning this manual and media, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to ninety ( 90 ) days from the original retail purchase of this product.

As a result the software is sold "as is": the purchaser assumes the entire risk as to its quality and performance.

TeleFinder/User Multiuser license
Spider Island Software grants you a non-exclusive license to use the client software programs (TeleFinder/User for Macintosh and TeleFinder/User for Windows ) according to the terms set forth below.
PERMITTED USES
You may:
- Operate the TeleFinder Server and User Manager software on one computer at a time.
- Run up to 2 Nodes for the BBS, additional Node licenses are available separately
- Make one backup copy of the software, which automatically becomes the property of Spider Island Software, and is subject to this agreement.
- Distribute copies of TeleFinder/User to authorized users of your bulletin board system for the purpose of communication with your bulletin board system.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
- Copy or distribute copies of the software, with the sole exception of TeleFinder/User, to others.
- Reverse-engineer, disassemble, de-compile or make any attempts to discover the source code to the software.
- Translate or create derivative works based upon the software or user documentation.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any notice of the copyright, or other proprietary rights related to the software.
- Operate the software, with the sole exception of TeleFinder/User, on more than one computer at a time.
